These terms supersede any customer P.O. Terms that may indicate differently. Robert McKeown Company’s (RMC) Minimum Order is $100.00.  Our terms are NET 30 Days, F.O.B. Branchburg, New Jersey.

A 1.5% late charge per month may be added to open invoices after 45 days from invoicing.

 The Customer must inform RMC of any discrepancy of shipment within 15 days of

receipt. Otherwise the Customer is responsible for the discrepancy.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

Insurance and Freight charges are prepaid and added to invoices as separate items. Customers may request different shipping instructions.   Special Note: In addition to shipping charges, a Hazmat Fee will apply for all Hazardous shipments.  This fee is a per box charge when applicable.

RMC warrants the products sold to be free of defects of material and workmanship and meet the stated specifications for performance and quality at the time of shipment. RMC makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the fitness of the materials for any particular

purpose.  Under no circumstances shall RMC be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or conjunction with its products. The maximum liability for breach of warranty shall be the invoice price paid for said materials.

Under no circumstances shall any product be returned without prior written authorization.

Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number if Product(s) are being returned. Please

mark the RA# on the returned parcel’s packaging. The item must be returned as complete as

possible. A written explanation of the problem must accompany the return and will help expedite

claim. The RA# is only your valid for 30 days. It is the customer’s responsibility to immediately

inspect the product upon receipt. RMC must be informed within 15 days of receipt if there is a

discrepancy with the shipment. Contact your Sales Rep for instructions.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify the carrier. Make certain to keep all containers and packaging materials

for the carrier’s inspection. If material is returned without inspection, you will be billed for the full price of the damaged materials.

RMC reserves the right to refuse any return or deny credit should circumstances warrant.  If any of the terms expressed herein are not met then the customer will be subject to a restocking fee.

According to the International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR), products and technical data

that are specifically designed for use in military programs and applications require an export

license if shipped outside the United States.
